Dr. Susan B. Young is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CaroBell Family Solutions, LLC, a family-centered coaching and support practice dedicated to strengthening relationships and promoting emotional wellness.
With over 15 years of experience serving children and families across Connecticut, she combines clinical expertise with prevention-focused strategies to help families move from crisis to confidence.
Dr. Young holds a Doctorate in Health Science and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport. Her background includes Intensive In-home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric (IICAPS) services, foster care support, crisis intervention, and community leadership at the municipal and statewide levels.
Through CaroBell Family Solutions, Dr. Young integrates trauma-informed principles, practical structure-building tools, and faith-anchored values to empower parents, caregivers, and blended families to build healthy, sustainable family systems.
